Live mindfulness program reduces stress
Despite numerous gaps in the literature, mindfulness training in the workplace is rapidly proliferating. Many online or digital mindfulness programs do not distinguish between live teaching and recorded or asynchronous sessions, yet differences in how these programs are delivered matters. Leading employers are increasingly turning to mindfulness solutions to address the mental health crisis of the pandemic, and having live, expert teachers deliver the mindfulness sessions is more effective at reducing stress than on-demand sessions alone, according to this study.
