Find yourself losing your “New Year, new me” momentum? It might be time for an energy reset. First, take a quick audit of how you feel at this moment. Did you hit snooze on your alarm this morning or are you reaching for a second cup of coffee to get through your meetings? If you said yes to either of those, you may need a reset. Being in the performance zone is optimal for you and your team. Analyze how you feel when you’re performing your best and create a plan for how to keep that.

5.    Set up an accountability plan

Share your plan with someone in your circle, like your manager or team. Goals are easy to accomplish once they are spoken into existence.
