Wondr is a year-long, skills-based digital weight loss program that helps participants feel their best mentally and physically through simple, clinically-proven techniques and tools. Participants will learn how to enjoy their favorite foods and still lose weight, sleep better, stress less, and more.

Once you start, you will get access to a new series of videos each week that teach you how to apply Wondr principles. These principles are the keys that will help you learn when and how to eat so that you can still eat your favorite foods and lose weight at the same time. The entire dashboard is available to you 24 hours a day so you can watch whenever it is convenient for you. In addition to the videos, the dashboard includes tools to track your weight loss progress, monitor your activity, and find inspiration. Plus, in the program, you will have access to  WondrLink™, the online community where participants can share ideas, successes, and challenges as well as reach Wondr health coaches.

Wondr is very different from other programs in that you don’t have to count calories, eat from specific meal plans, or purchase diet foods. We’ll teach you the skills and techniques to help you eat your favorite foods and still lose weight.

Additionally, there is an entire online community, WondrLink™, that includes counselors, past participants, and current participants, who are available to share tips, encouragement, or answer questions whenever you need it.

Wondr participants are accepted based on predetermined criteria such as health risk factors and participant willingness to meet all program completion requirements. Additionally, there are certain medical conditions which will disqualify enrollees from participating.

No. You can use any electronic device with internet connectivity to participate in the Wondr program including, a desktop, laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc. If you would like to track your progress, a basic scale is recommended, but not required.

The Wondr program is an online program, so there is no need to attend any meetings in person. You can watch your lessons and interact with the program whenever it is convenient for you.

The lessons will take 30-45 minutes to watch each week. Each lesson is broken up into multiple short videos so you can watch whenever it’s convenient for your schedule. Each lesson is available weekly, so all your weekly videos should be watched within the next 7 days in order to stay on track.

Wondr is a year-long program broken into three simple phases: WonderSkills (where you learn simple, repeatable skills), WondrUp (which reinforces these skills with personalized lessons), and WondrLast (to maintain progress with customizable lessons).

Yes, the program is 100% digital. Download the Wondr app to take our program on-the-go. Once you’ve been accepted into the program, we’ll mail out a welcome kit complete with tools and encouragement. The welcome kit includes our program journal, snacks for a mindful eating exercise, tape measure, reminder wristband, and motivational magnets.

No, unfortunately you will not be able to sign up and we will not be able to accept any applications after the application window closes. If you miss the application window, you can join the waitlist to be notified about the next available class.

Wondr is a 100% digital, on-the-go experience that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. No set schedule or fixed class times means participants can engage whenever and wherever it’s convenient for them. The personalized program is built in three simple stages for results throughout the year and beyond. 

  1. WondrSkills™ (skill building):  In the first phase of Wondr, participants learn simple, repeatable skills through weekly master classes delivered by our team of experts.  
  2. WondrUp™ (skill reinforcement): The second phase of Wondr is designed to help participants reinforce and practice their skills they learned during WondrSkills through weekly, personalized master classes.
  3. WondrLast™ (skill maintenance): The last phase of Wondr teaches participants skills through weekly, customizable master classes to help them maintain progress keep the weight off long-term.

For employers and plan sponsors, Wondr includes custom, co-branded marketing and communication tools, implementation support from a qualified project manager, a dedicated co-branded online application and enrollment site, detailed engagement and outcomes reporting, and ongoing strategic planning to maximize program impact over the long term.

For members, Wondr includes an easy-to-use application web site, welcome kit, intuitive online interface, a full year of video coaching from clinical experts in diet and nutrition, physical activity, obesity-related disease, behavioral psychology, sleep, and addiction, full-featured mobile apps for iOS and Android, device integration for digital scales and activity trackers, a robust social network and online support group, unlimited on-demand support from health coaches and counselors, all designed to change people’s relationship with food, promote physical activity, reduce stress and build resilience, improve sleep, and build the skills necessary to achieve lasting health.

Compared to typical diabetes prevention and disease management programs with restrictive clinical enrollment criteria and narrow impact, Wondr reaches a much broader segment of the population and is both foundational and complementary to those more targeted interventions.  With a few exceptions, any adult plan member who wants to develop a healthier relationship with food, lose weight, stress less, or sleep better may be eligible to participate in Wondr.  

Other than the standard Wondr minimum requirements for age (18+) and BMI (19+), and automatic exclusions for health reasons including pregnancy or a member’s self-reported history of an eating disorder, Wondr clients can choose to allow all qualifying applicants, require a higher minimum BMI (e.g. 25), or choose a client-specific custom enrollment criteria based on members’ self-reported health risks from their Wondr enrollment questionnaire.

Implement Wondr in six weeks or less and we do all the heavy lifting. From program communications and enrollment to reporting, a dedicated client services manager will handle every detail of the process.

Program communications

For participants: We develop a tailored communications strategy complete with co-branded, high-touch marketing materials for participants designed to keep them engaged and on track toward reaching their health improvement goals.  

For clients: We provide all communication materials for our clients and partners to help promote participation in the program, along with custom program reporting to measure the impact of Wondr. 

All Wondr member communications include the URL of a client-specific landing page, where members are directed to go to learn more about the program and, if interested, to apply to participate via an online application. After entering some basic demographic information used by Wondr to verify eligibility, applicants complete a short health risk questionnaire for Wondr to assess potential participants’ clinical eligibility for the program. All applicants will receive an email from Wondr to let them know if they’ve been accepted or deferred. Accepted members will be mailed a program welcome kit and receive another email notifying them when they are able to login and start WondrSkills™.

Wondr can work alongside existing benefits as a standalone or integrate with existing wellness platforms. Wondr is the “and” program—we’re not replacing diabetes management or sleep solutions, Wondr is a weight management solution that also helps improve the impact of your other programs.

Yes, the program is completely online so you can access the program wherever you have internet connectivity.

  1. To obtain your username and/or password, visit www.wondrhealth.com and click “Log In” under the blue “Sign Up” button.
  2. On the next page, click “Forgot your Username?” or “Forgot your Password?” under the Login button.
  3. From there, you will be prompted to enter in the username or email address associated with your account. Click “Submit”.
  4. An email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password or retrieve your username.
  5. If you cannot remember the email address associated with your account, visit support.wondrhealth.com.

The Wondr welcome kits will be shipped via one of two options, UPS or USPS, depending on your geographical location. Please check your email inbox and/or spam/junk folder for an email from UPS Quantum View – pkginfo@ups.com or wondr@elitefulfillment.com for your tracking information. If one of your classes has expired and you would like to get caught up, click on that particular week’s circle on your program dashboard. You’ll automatically be given additional time to watch the video.

If you would like to withdraw from the program, please email support@wondrhealth.com and request to drop from the class. Please include the name of your employer.

On your dashboard, click the WondrLink™ tab on the left-hand side. Enter your testimonial under “Share your Success Story” on the right-hand side of the page. Also, after week 10 of the WondrSkills™ portion of the program, you will be sent an optional survey to complete via email.

  4. Enter your previous Wondr credentials. From here you will be able to complete your application using your previous account.

No, you can use the same email address but must use a different username and account.

Unfortunately, we do not permit two participants to share a single enrollment in the course. Our program was developed and refined over many years, and it is designed to be a one-on-one program that tracks your individual progress. We find that, when partners take the program together, neither benefits as much as they would from individual participation. Each person’s body responds differently to the program, depending upon many factors such as gender, weight, metabolism, activity level, and psychology. We have created a program that can be customized depending upon your progress, and we simply cannot give the same level of detail and attention to partners or other household members. Also, if your employer awards incentives or penalties for participation, we would need to be able to track the individual participation for both the employee and spouse.

You most likely just logged into your old account instead of filling out the application. You will need to first visit your company’s application page and click the Apply Now or Enroll Now button. From there, you can login using your previous account information. On the following pages, you should see the application questions, and finally, the Application Submitted page. If you’ve forgotten the username or email address associated with your current account, contact support@wondrhealth.com. You may need to clear your browser history, too.
